Colby Townsend

C.E.O. and Owner of Elk River Farm and Feed, Colby is in extreme expert in Northern Colorado ranching. He has extensive experience in agriculture, growing seasons, weed mitigation and livestock management. Colby graduated from Virginia Tech University and has been in Routt County for over 20 years. He also manages several hundred acres of certified hay. He is also an in-demand ranch consultant for special projects and for people who are buying or selling ranches who want to maximize its value.

Michelle Townsend

Michelle attended Virginia Tech University and Colorado State University, earning degrees in Animal Science and Equine Science. An avid horse enthusiast, Michelle is very involved in the Routt County Cattle Women, 4H, Christian Heritage School and other causes. An avid lover of horses and an owner of several horses, Michelle brings a wide range of expertise in ranching and animal care to the store, always with a smile on her face.

Officially known as the store Cutie Pie, Amber brings a sense of warmth and kindness to everyone she meets. An extreme animal and horse lover, Amber competes (and wins) in several animal-related contests and exhibits through the 4H Club in Routt County. You will see her in the store and at the Routt County Fair in the summertime.

Always wise beyond his years, Noah brings a "can-do" attitude to everything he tries. An accomplished dirt biker and extreme ski racer, Noah as a room full of trophies that a trophy shop would be proud of. Always eager to help customers load items, Noah can be found at their family ranch, in the store, and anywhere there's a dirt bike.

Mandy More

Born and raised in Routt County, Mandy is part of a multi-generational ranching family. She has seen and heard it all, and is also an extreme expert in ranching, animal care, supplies and equine management. Happy, dependable and loyal are words that come to mind when describing Mandy.

Originally from Georgia, Dustin is the strong and silent type that makes ranching America such a great place to live and work. Dustin's do-it-all attitude makes him the perfect guy to have around. You'll find Dustin in the store, in the warehouse and making deliveries to our valued customers.
